CSRDE

Overview

Founded in 1994, the Consortium for Student Retention Data Exchange (CSRDE) is a data exchange between four year colleges. It has given institutions the ability to benchmark their progress against their peers. The reports are divided into three different parts: entire entering cohort, STEM cohort and transfer cohort. For each of them, the retention and graduation is tracked for 10 years and split by gender, ethnicity and residency.

Besides the exchange of data, the consortium is hosting the annual National Symposium of Student Success and Retention: a forum for various institutions to share their results in improving retention and graduation. Numerous related papers are shared and reviewed at the conference.
